How It Works
DROP OFF AT OUR LOCATION
An attendant will weigh your laundry on a digital scale located at the customer service counter at the front of the laundromat.
WE TAKE NOTES
Any requests regarding delicate garments, washing preferences, separating items, etc., will be noted in our system.
EVERYTHING IS WASHED
All of your garments will be laundered or dry cleaned according to your specification.
PICKUP IS READY THE NEXT DAY

OUR PROCESS
INTAKE FORM
When you drop off your first order for our wash & fold service, your specific laundry preferences and requests are input into our system along with a unique customer identification number.
NO-MIXING POLICY
When you trust Rattle & Hum Laundry Co. with your personal belongings we promise to treat them with the utmost care. We will never wash your laundry in the same machine as another customer’s laundry.
CAREFUL INSPECTION
Our professional team assesses each garment before processing. All care label instructions are read carefully. Other considerations are the age and condition of the garment. Any stains that the technician finds will be pretreated before washing.
CUSTOMER PACKAGING PREFERENCES
Our team packages all of your garments and linens with several things in mind:
Grouping
We do our best to group items by category and color. All of your white undershirts will ideally be grouped separately from your bright colored tees. All of your sweatshirts grouped together, apart from your long sleeve thermals. All matching bedding sets and matching towel sets are kept together as well.
Minimizing Wrinkles
Our goal is to deliver your laundry back to you as wrinkle-free as possible. In order to achieve this, we start the sorting and folding process as soon as possible after the dry cycle before any wrinkling sets in.
Your Preferences
Above all else, we will deliver your laundry back to you as you wish. If you like your t-shirts folded in thirds rather than in half we will gladly do it for you. Or maybe you prefer your hand towels rolled like in a hotel bathroom. No problem! All of your preferences can be noted and recorded in our system. That way you’ll always get your laundry back packaged the way you want it, no matter who on our team is processing your order.
