WHY
Home delivered laundry is an invaluable service for many New Yorkers. Time is scarce, and you can save yourself a lot of it by scheduling laundry pickup and delivery with us rather than dropping it off yourself.
Sometimes the weather can be a deciding factor. Why let a heavy rain deter you from getting your chores done when you can simply schedule a pickup and check laundry off your list?

Bushwick, Williamsburg, East Williamsburg, Fort Greene, Greenpoint, Park Slope, Cobble Hill, Carroll Gardens, Bedford Stuyvesant, Crown Heights, Prospect Lefferts Garden, Brooklyn Heights, Dumbo, Downtown Brooklyn, Gowanus, Red Hook, Flatbush, Ditmas Park and Ridgewood, Queens.
All other areas of Brooklyn may be subject to a delivery fee.
HOW
We can deliver directly to you. However, if you find yourself unavailable to personally send out or receive your laundry, a doorman, mailroom, roommate, or trusted neighbor are common alternatives we are happy to work with.
More and more people living in houses or apartments without doormen use smart technology to send and receive packages. Customers with smart locks can set up an assigned lock passcode for the valet which only works on the scheduled days and time slots for their valet to drop off or pick up the laundry bags. The team valet can text or email you when your laundry has been delivered.
This is a common method employed by dog walkers, Amazon, and UPS delivery people. Oftentimes, the smart lock works in tandem with a home video cameras or video enabled doorbells like Nest or Ring. You can get alerts and also watch a video, in real time, when the laundry is being delivered or picked up. It’s an incredibly convenient and secure option that ensures you’ll never have to wait around for laundry again!
